From job sites in Belo Horizonte to the floors of Lincoln Center.

Thiago opened his first flooring company at 19. Today he owns and operates Eagle Hardwood Flooring in New York and Orlando.
Working since he was seven.
Thiago was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, the second of three brothers. He started working construction at seven to help support his family and left home at 15 to find work.
At 17 he moved to the United States, where he met his wife. The Limas have been married 18 years and have two children.
Owner at 19. Standard setter since.
Within his first year in the U.S., Thiago went to work for a New York flooring company and fell in love with the trade. By 19 he had opened his own company with one goal: be the best in the industry.
As his reputation grew, clients asked for more high-end, luxury work. Many of the techniques he developed over 20+ years have since become industry standards, and business owners across the country credit his mentorship for their own success.
